Setup & Use

We don’t provide on-site setup, but everything is designed to be quick and easy to handle on your own. Each experience comes fully packed with simple instructions so you can set up in minutes and get straight to the fun.

Most setups take about 10–20 minutes, depending on the package. Everything is designed to be quick and simple, so you can get set up and jump right into the fun.
Payment & Deposits

Payment is collected once your booking is confirmed to secure your date. We’ll walk you through everything—no payment is required when you first submit your inquiry.

A valid credit or debit card is required to keep on file for your rental. This helps us secure your booking and cover any damages or missing items, just like most rental services.

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. It’s returned after your items are checked in, as long as everything is in good condition.

For rentals of $450 or more, a temporary hold (75% of your total) is placed on your card before pickup. This isn’t a charge—it’s released after your items are returned and inspected.
Returns & Late Fees

Items should be returned during your scheduled return window. We’ll confirm the exact timing with you ahead of your event so everything is clear and easy.

We ask that items are returned within your scheduled window so we can keep everything running smoothly for the next event. Late returns may result in additional fees, but we’ll always work with you if something unexpected comes up.

If items aren’t returned within 3 days of your scheduled return date, they’re considered lost and the full replacement cost will be charged to the card on file. We’ll always reach out and try to connect with you first to help avoid this.
Cleaning & Condition

We ask that items are returned clean and in the same condition they were received. A quick cleanup is usually all that’s needed. If items are returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee may apply.

Normal use is expected, but if items are returned excessively dirty or damaged, cleaning or repair fees may apply. These may be deducted from your deposit or charged to the card on file if needed.
Missing or Damaged Items

We ask that all items are returned as they were received. If anything is missing or damaged beyond normal use, replacement or repair costs may apply.
Weather & Cancellations

We know weather can be unpredictable. Since all rentals are self-service, we recommend having a backup plan when possible. Rescheduling may be available depending on availability—just reach out and we’ll do our best to work with you.
Rental Responsibility

Once items are picked up, they’re your responsibility until they’re returned. Normal use is expected, and we’ll review everything when it’s checked back in.
Safety & Property

Our pickup and return area is monitored by video and audio for safety and security. This helps ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone.
